Growing up in Mexico, crickets were everywhere. In the 20 years since moving to the US and living all over this country, I have not come across a product that compares to what the 3 Cricketeers offer. As a chef, it makes me very happy to see this unique and indigenous ingredient brought to market and done in such a sustainable way.
