Damages or Product Defect

Missing Orders

Our products are freshly made to order, so please allow 5-7 business days for us to prepare your order. If you haven't received your package in 14 days after receiving shipment confirmation, please contact us and we will send an inquiry to the shipping carrier and get back to you. If your package is lost, we will replace your order free of charge.
